4K's Observations from October 2008

We are going to be taking photos of a beautiful tree on the west side of our school on the front lawn for this collaborative Internet project.

On Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 2:15 PM Elle, Josh, and Hailey went outside to take our photo and notice what was going on outside!

Our weather report for the afternoon of October 10, 2008:

• the temperature was 67 degrees F
• it was cool outside
• the air was crisp and refreshing
• it was sort of windy
• it was party cloudy

   

We noticed that:

• there are lots of leaves showing their real colors
• the leaves are showing red, orange, yellow, and purple
• there are lots of squirrels and ladybugs around
• there are lots of geese flying south
• there are kindergarteners outside looking for 2 symmetrical leaves
• there are lots of Halloween decorations going up
